Our approach is to tailor specific exercises
based on who you are and the lifestyle you lead. Amongst other
areas we will look at your current fitness levels, your posture,
any past and present injuries and your personal aims.
In a matter of months we can have you actively thinking about
your posture so that you are more in control of your body,
and more aware about correct posture.
You can see us on an individual basis or in a small group
(maximum four). Our classes are kept purposefully small and
intimate to ensure we really get to know who you are and also
to maintain a high level of supervision.
The classes are by appointment only, but, with the exception
of a few classes, there is no set time for specific classes,
giving you the maximum flexibility to see us at your convenience. |

The studio is fully equipped,
allowing you to experience 'true' and more varied Pilates
as opposed to matwork only classes found in the fitness centres.
The machines we have allow you to achieve your goals more
quickly and more safely.
