The course is designed for those with little
or no knowledge of pilates and the pilates machines, and consists
of 5 private lessons lasting 1hour each. In the course we
will:
- Go through a medical assessment
- Learn the basics of pilates such as alignment and muscle
engagement
- Identify which exercises are suitable for you, and importantly,
which are not
- Get you familiar with the machines
- Learn a repertoire of exercises
The aim of the course is to allow you access to the group
classes running throughout the week, although you may also
continue with private lessons if so desired.
